Hyacinth Diaz, President & Owner
As an Army Veteran, Hyacinth has held leadership roles in both the military and the civilian sectors. She has worked with companies such as AT&T, IBM, Tiburon, Raytheon, and Kellogg Brown & Root Inc. to name a few. Hyacinth specializes in information technology, AGILE, project management, strategy formulation and implementation, business transformation and process creation to improve overall productivity. Hyacinth has years of experience in various sectors, such as Technology, Communication Services, Federal Government, Professional & Business Services, Human Resources, Educational Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil and Gas.

Melissa Diaz, Principal Consultant
Melissa has a strong background in finance, accounting systems, marketing and capacity building. She provides support by evaluating operational needs and identifying areas of improvement to help increase productivity. Prior to joining BCBC, Melissa worked for LISC Houston managing operations, financials, accounting processes and providing programmatic support across the platform. Melissa created new processes, provided technical assistance to partners and created training guides to increase staff capacity. Melissa also worked for a financial firm as the Lead Quality Control Analyst. At the firm she managed, modified, trained and implemented new processes to enhance productivity and ensure compliance and budget satisfaction.
